This week's theme was FOOD. I got lots of creative entries! Here are my seven for the week.

"Lunch, Goree Island, Senegal. On our first day in Africa, they served us a whole grilled fish for lunch. I hacked it apart and had lots of trouble avoiding bones, but by the end of my week in Senegal was able to fillet it perfectly in half and remove all the bones in one smooth motion, a skill I have never had to use since then!"
"Tortilla chips, anyone?"
